DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?

Yes, free returns are available as we want to make it easy for you to shop online with us.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE TIMEFRAME?

30 days is our return timeframe for change-of-mind purchases. These include purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

Return with proof of purchase. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

Purchases must be returned via our automated process with Australia Post and is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Excluded Items (for a Change of Mind Return):

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalisation
  • Products from brands other than Ceres Life

Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU SUPPORT?

We support all major credit cards, Apple Pay, G Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, ZIP, Laybuy, & Klarna.

 

IS THE RANGE AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY (OUTSIDE AUS)?

Yes! International shipping is available at a flat rate of $20. Please note that delivery time frames may range between 15 and 30 business days depending on your location.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS ONLINE?

Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need to change the size, colour or style, please return for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date and repurchase your item.

WHERE DID THE NAME CERES COME FROM?

On a map, Ceres is a small town nestled in the hills overlooking Geelong, where the Cotton On Group was born and bred. In a history book, Ceres is the ancient Roman goddess of agriculture, grain crops, fertility and motherly love. We’ve taken everything we love about Ceres the town (creative, forward-thinking, community-minded) and Ceres the goddess (connected to the earth, multi-tasker, great hair) and used it to inspire a way of dressing that is effortless, responsible and unmistakably Australian.

 

CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN A PRODUCT IS BACK IN STOCK?
