How to make your ReturnMe return
Step 1: Go online
Step 2: Get your label
  • Check your inbox, AusPost will send you your FREE domestic returns label.
  • Print your label or let AusPost print it for you.
Step 3: Return your products
  • Re-wrap the products.
  • Attach your label.
  • Go to your closest Post Box and return for free.
Once received, we'll process your exchange (if requested) or refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you in the next 3-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place your order.
If the item returned does not meet our Returns Policy below your order will be sent back to you.

Faulty Returns
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
  1. Return within 30 days
  2. Return with proof of purchase
  3. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  4. Purchases must be returned via our automated process with Australia Post
  5. Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
  6. Excluded Items (for a Change of Mind Return):
    • Sale/Clearance
    • Community Shop styles
Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
