How to make your ReturnMe return
Step 1: Go online
Step 2: Get your label
  • Check your inbox, AusPost will send you your FREE domestic returns label.
  • Print your label or let AusPost print it for you.
Step 3: Return your products
  • Re-wrap the products.
  • Attach your label.
  • Go to your closest Post Box and return for free.

Faulty Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore, If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the image shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations and refund your purchase price.
Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need to change the size, colour or style, please return for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date and repurchase your item.
Change of Mind Returns
"Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg. accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
  1. Item must have been purchased online at
  2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  3. Purchases must be returned via our automated process with Australia Post within 30 days of the purchase date
  4. Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
  5. Excluded Items (for a Change of Mind Return):
    • Face masks
    • Personalised product
    • Products from brands other than Ceres Life
    • Gift Cards
    • International orders – For orders delivered outside Australia, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact customer service via email where you will be advised on the return process
