Within Australia

Via Post

  • Online orders, including Click & Collect can be returned via post.
  • Exchanges can only be made in-store.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned via Post.
  • Please ensure you meet the conditions outlined in our Policy (below).
  • Once received, we'll process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund may take up to 10 days to be processed.

    Returns & Exchanges Policy

    Faulty Returns

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased. Just follow the returns process above in-store or online.

    Exchanges

    Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need to change the size, colour or style, please return for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date and repurchase your item.

    Change of Mind Returns

    "Change of mind" includes purchases you have made in error eg. accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

    1. Item must have been purchased online at cereslife.com

    2. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached

    3. Purchases must be returned via our via our automated returns process within 30 days of the purchase date

    4. Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

    5. Excluded Items (for a Change of Mind Return):

    a. Face masks

    b. Personalised product

    c. Products from brands other than Ceres Life

    d. Gift Cards

    International orders – For orders delivered outside Australia, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Please contact customer service via email help@cereslife.com where you will be advised on the return process
