ONLINE GIFT CARD REDEMPTION
Gift cards are only valid in the currency of the country of purchase. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers cheques. If you require a refund on an order where a gift card was redeemed partially or fully, the value will be refunded back onto a gift card. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card. Cotton On Group gift cards do not expire. Gift cards are partially redeemable, any balance left unredeemed on the card will not be refunded or credited.
When the order total exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment, this includes Afterpay, PayPal and credit/debit cards. Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Cotton On Group disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
MELBOURNE METRO SAME DAY DELIVERY
If you place a same day order before 12pm AEST (Monday to Friday) and live in a specified postcode your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm, on a public holiday or on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
If you place an express order before 2pm AEST (Monday to Friday), your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the next day. If your order is placed after 2pm or on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
All orders with the Standard shipping option will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days.
Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.
Please note delivery times are additional to these processing times, and vary from region to region.
You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1-3 working days from the time you place an order.
